Requirements
  • 4-6 years of technical project management experience in payments industry with Payment Aggregators, Wallets, Bank Schemes etc.
  • Experience integrating with third party web services across a variety of technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, etc.)
  • Handle post launch issues like log analysis and troubleshooting, working with Engineering or external Partners to get it resolved.
  • SSL certificate management
  • Hands on SQL skills
  • You have a successful track record in delivering integration projects from concept to launch.
  • You have a high degree of technical competency in software development practices, project management and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
  • You are skilled in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with partners.
  • You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills to gather insights from data to identify underlying issues.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, scrum, agile development environment with ability to multi-task and respond flexibly to change.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive gap analysis with Digital Wallets, Bank Schemes, Mobile Carrier to ensure their billing solution meets the required technical and operational specifications.
  • Create Solution Designs to ensure the solution meets Merchant, Boku and Payment Issuer (Wallets, Bank Schemes, Carrier) specifications.
  • Lead project planning effort and plan for creation of project plans, task lists, and schedules.
  • Manage integration projects from initiation to launch, focusing on time and quality.
  • Maintain effective communication of project status with regular updates.
  • Manage change requests for any planned updates existing integrations on the payment platform.
  • Organize and facilitate regular project scrum to track project tasks and dependencies.
  • Drive technical issues to resolution with urgency and focus and serve as an escalation point for stakeholders.
  • Analyze and interpret multiple data sources to understand trends and underlying issues.
  • Support business development in the pre-sales phase with technical inputs during discussions with Wallets, Banks, Carriers and Merchants.
