  • Required: 3+ years of product management experience in medium or large size corporate environments with strong customer-facing, project management, quantitative analysis, planning skills
  • Preferred: 3+ years of domain related experience in procurement, category management, sourcing, contracting, business spend management
  • Preferred: Experience delivering data science projects and products
  • Superior problem solving skills including ability to apply structure to ambiguous problem statements
  • Ability to perform research and analysis to derive new points of view, frameworks, and provide thought leadership
  • Strong project management skills including creating work plans or project plans, conducting status updates, taking meeting minutes/notes, and proactively following up on open items to ensure completion of tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to structure ideas and effectively present findings
  • Data analysis experience with statistics, identifying trends and correlations, probabilistic modeling, deriving meaningful insights
  • Working experience with computer programming and database languages such as python and SQL
  • Strong spreadsheet analysis skills including knowledge of advanced functions
  • Advanced PowerPoint/Google Slides presentation experience with the ability to create effective story-telling collateral
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, engineering, operations, Master's degree (MBA) preferred
  • Own the end to end product lifecycle of a new product, from ideation through detailed designs and implementation
  • Establish subject matter expertise for business management topics, curating prescriptive insights on a category by category level
  • Identify and define best practices across business spend management topics and productize these capabilities for the customer base
  • Develop business requirements for products that help customers quickly comprehend and tackle their greatest spend inefficiencies
  • Develop product-designs and product-mockups
  • Perform quantitative analysis on spend data to derive prescriptive best practices
  • Lead the strategic direction related to the application of community intelligence as it drives category management
  • Perform market research and develop product strategies against competitive spend analysis & category management tools
