Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and execute a visionary strategy to consistently acquire and expand the customer base across Enterprise accounts in North America and Strategic accounts globally
  • Establish and embed operational rigor within the sales organization to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainable growth
  • Build and lead a high-performing strategic sales organization, overseeing a cross-functional team focused on meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Ensure accountability for providing consistent and accurate revenue guidance to the SVP of Global Sales and executive leadership
  • Refine and enhance current go-to-market sales strategies by leveraging metrics, analyzing business trends, and collaborating with key team members
  • Lead a thorough talent and performance management initiative aimed at fostering a culture of high performance, inclusivity, and belonging within the team
