  • We are a remote-first company with a globally distributed team. So you can find your productive zone and work from there
  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with web frontend and web backend
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript
  • Served as the technical lead or engineering manager for a team of engineers and can demonstrate broad technical leadership
  • Empathy with users and a strong customer focus
  • Relevant industry experience would be a plus
Responsibilities
  • Own the vision, roadmaps, prioritizations, and technical architecture of our customer-facing dashboard
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that improvements are delivered on time and to the highest standards of quality
  • Be hands-on. Write code and participate actively in the code review
  • Understand future technical needs for the product and craft plans to realize them
  • Build and manage a team of engineers while providing technical guidance and mentoring to help with their growth and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and deployments that meet customer needs
  • Help shape our company's engineering culture and keep high engineering standards
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices, processes, and tooling
