Requirements
  • You have at least 4 years of CRM experience including consumer-facing email communications
  • You understand email and push notification best practices that will help drive product engagement and member success
  • You have a natural growth mindset with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of working with data to drive email campaign ideation and business results
  • You understand exceptional customer experience and service and strive to bring this into everything you do
  • You have experience using Intercom, MailChimp, SendGrid, Twilio for email and push notifications
  • You've both built and edited HTML emails
  • You are a naturally curious person and a passionate life-long learner
  • Your communication skills and social awareness are exceptional
  • You don't need your hand held as you work - you're self-motivated, well organized, and you have the analytical skills that allow you to make difficult decisions thoughtfully
  • You have a strong understanding of current technologies and standards, and how the engagement ecosystem is evolving
  • You have strong project management and time management skills and are able to adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You love to collaborate and don't view any task as “too small”
  • You are meticulous about tiny details
  • You understand how to compromise without losing the integrity of your goals
  • You're joyful and upbeat and it's obvious that you take pride in what you do
Responsibilities
  • You'll leverage email and push notifications to create compelling messaging campaigns that drive revenue, engagement, and retention
  • You'll deeply understand and map out the customer journey and send the right messages to the right people at the right times to support them as they use Landit to power their career paths and drive business metrics
  • You will own all member-facing email and push operations, from setting up and onboarding series, ongoing engagement campaigns, offboarding emails, re-engagement campaigns, and transactional messages
  • You will work closely with all departments at Landit as we work together to create the best possible experience for our members
  • You'll manage ongoing outreach to members via surveys and assessments
  • You'll bring thoughtful and creative ideas to the table for exploration and experimentation to continuously improve and evolve our members' experience
  • You'll analyze and report on the performance of both the overall channels and specific initiatives to support business goals
