Responsibilities

Prioritize and execute core and ad-hoc projects in support of strategic initiatives and to enable sound, data-driven business decisions.
Own critical customer operations processes and projects to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Perform data analysis to identify revenue and cost optimization opportunities and develop and execute initiatives to achieve them.
Support customer growth through design and execution of sales enablement processes and materials.
Analyze operational and financial results and key performance metrics to support decision-making including creation of data visualizations and presentations.
Jump into any area of the business that requires resourcing and problem solving.

We’re looking for a Business Operations Associate / Manager to play an integral role in continuing to expand the foundation of our fast-growing business.

The operations team has a unique vantage point on the business, that comes with high visibility and broad scope to drive operational initiatives that unlock massive impact, while working collaboratively across the organization. From customer support to sales operations and everything in between, you’ll have an opportunity to be a part of highly impactful and critical initiatives that touch every aspect of the business. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is excited to tackle the smallest tasks and the largest challenges.

What You’ll Do
