Successful candidates will have the following: 

• staff scheduling experience in a healthcare setting
• ability to build and maintain close relationships with co-workers
• payroll experience is strongly preferred, but training will be provided
• excellent organizational skills

Your day to day: 

You’ll provide assistance in caring for our residents by ensuring our facility meets staffing requirements. Additionally, you’ll assist HR as needed with payroll. You’ll work under supervision of our Administrator and HR Coordinator to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
