Exactech announced that a group of investors, including Strategic Value Partners and Stellex Capital Management, has been named the winning bidder to acquire most of Exactech's assets. The sale, pending court and regulatory approval, is expected to close in May. The investor group, managing over $25 billion in assets, has committed over $100 million in additional financing to support Exactech's operations and future growth.
