Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related business field
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Solid understanding of Procurement operational activities and requirements
  • Experience sourcing Technology and/or Marketing preferred
  • Strong project management, financial analysis, and general business acumen
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize a high volume of workflow in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Directly support internal customer needs related to the sourcing of goods and services
  • Manage the Source-to-Contract process for purchase requests: including receipt and understanding of business requirements, negotiating terms, redlining documents, and shepherding contract to signature
  • Coordinate project communications with internal business units, stakeholders, and Suppliers
  • Perform supporting tasks: including spreadsheet analysis, uploading Supplier information to portal, packing documents for signature, etc
