Responsibilities
  • Directly support internal customer needs related to the sourcing of goods and services
  • Manage the Source-to-Contract process for purchase requests: including receipt and understanding of business requirements, negotiating terms, redlining documents, and shepherding contract to signature
  • Coordinate project communications with internal business units, stakeholders, and Suppliers
  • Perform supporting tasks: including spreadsheet analysis, uploading Supplier information to portal, packing documents for signature, etc
