Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle by managing the renewal and new business pipeline for all 1-9 desk deals.
  • Execute email and/or phone correspondence regarding tour bookings and lease expirations, communicating effectively and regularly to ensure a high-touch and high-quality experience for the clients.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders (Community, Leasing Managers, etc) to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Drive revenue and occupancy by selling new desks, renewing members, upgrading members as they grow and working to convert month-to-month members to a committed term.
  • Learn how to structure deals to optimize sales outcomes and understanding how different deal structures relate to WeWork’s overall business objectives.
  • Build an understanding of the local sub-market, assets, product and key stakeholders required for successful deal execution.
  • Build a deep understanding of WeWork’s value proposition for the targeted member segment (1-9 desks).
