- Create and implement building upgrades and maintenance on all TBC Vegas properties
- Be the generalist expert on all implementation details and scoping of work order systems
- Manage and allocate resources for shift workers and contractors
- Interact with suppliers/consultants and/or vendors on facilities and property matters
- Manage inventory and stock for basic site maintenance items
- Establish and maintain budgets for all facilities in Las Vegas
- Audit grounds and property presentation
- Responsible for employee parking coordination across all TBC Vegas locations
