Registered Behavior Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior plans and providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential client medical records
- Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective implementation of behavior management strategies
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

- Active RBT Credential in good standing

- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals and their families
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
- Proficiency in behavior management strategies
- Willingness to learn and follow behavior intervention plans accurately
