Requirements
  • Prior experience with MDR/XDR platforms
  • Prior experience with Cloud Identity Mgmt platforms and SSO, SAML 2.0, and MFA
  • Prior experience with MDM automation
  • Prior experience working as an engineer at an MSP
  • Prior experience working in a NOC/SOC
  • Prior experience working in large enterprises with a large end-user pool
  • Ability to administer MacOS and support Macs and Linux using the command line
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, ticketing systems, and IT documentation platforms
  • Technical knowledge of the Windows operating systems and experience with deployments and troubleshooting
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter yet knows when to ask for help and works excellent in a team

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus 6+ years of working experience
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing servers, networks, infrastructure, Data Centers, SaaS applications, file shares, and other infrastructure issues
  • Working on projects with different teams and departments to deliver a seamless user experience for staff
  • Maintaining tracking in JIRA on the project board
  • Ticketing and Documentation
  • End User support troubleshooting
  • Managing onsite servers, storage, network, and VMware
  • Being a documentation creator/editor
  • Identifying, logging, and resolving technical problems with applications and systems
  • Maintaining accurate documentation on office systems, including trouble tickets and inventory
  • Learning and adopting new IT support and management platforms
  • Assisting IT Leadership in establishing processes
  • Procuring, deploying, supporting, and maintaining IT infrastructure
