  • At least 10 years’ experience working in the game industry with at least 5 years’ experience managing AAA engineering teams.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the core team to build and manage project’s technical vision and build an effective technical production strategy/roadmap to support the game’s development.
  • Partner with design, art and other departments to ensure efficient and effective game development.
  • Set the studio’s technical standards and practices, whilst ensuring stability, performance and quality in tech deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Directors to ensure the technical aspects of the game complement and enhance the narrative and gameplay.
  • Build and lead a creative core tech team. Also, mentor and inspire the broader team, promoting an environment that values creativity, professional growth, and diversity.
  • Supervise the implementation of technical features.
  • Maintain clear communication with the development team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of technical and project goals.
