You Will: 

• Contribute to our Kubernetes operator and Helm chart, used both internally and at customers and members of our community
• Be an expert at all things Kubernetes, influencing designs and implementations of Redpanda running over both managed and unmanaged Kubernetes

You Have: 

• Passion for working on deeply technical projects and wanting to work on distributed systems, concurrency & parallelism, replication protocols, file systems & correctness
• Strong understanding of Go and Kubernetes
• Experience and comfortable working with a 100% distributed engineering team, collaborating on GitHub, in the open and a self-starter
• Excellent written communication skills

Please highlight if applicable to you: 

• Working knowledge of building Kubernetes operators for storage systems
• Experience building a SaaS platform
• Operated and used streaming platforms either as a user or provider

U.S. base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $215,000 (CO, TX) and $210,000 - $250,000 (CA, NY, WA). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
