Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA or BS) in Accounting
  • Demonstrated experience in MS Excel, including skills creating and configuring VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Sum IF formulas
  • Familiar with revenue accounting, production, and general accounting principles
Responsibilities
  • Review purchaser statements & check details for all products to determine accuracy of revenue payments
  • Work with Purchasers and/or other Operators to resolve discrepancies discovered through accuracy review
  • Use purchaser statements & check details received from Purchaser and/or other Operators to create uploads directly into Accounting Software (SAP)
  • Use volumes and contractual rates to create uploads directly into Accounting Software (SAP)
  • Provide proper documentation for revenue voucher submitted for review
  • Ensure all revenue voucher related back-up is scanned and saved in proper locations
  • Meet all revenue distribution deadlines
  • Assist other members of the Revenue Group as needed
  • Perform various ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Communicate with other departments within the company to resolve outstanding items
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • At least one (1+) years of accounting experience preferred
  • Experience working within the PRA module of SAP
  • Examples of suggested and implemented process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Be flexible regarding daily work assignments and priorities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to quickly pick up on new concepts
