We’re seeking a highly motivated Go-to-Market Analyst to join our team at Job&Talent. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving our go-to-market strategy—working at the intersection of Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to accelerate growth and efficiency.

From day one, you’ll partner with senior leaders and company founders to shape how we bring products and services to market. You’ll be responsible for uncovering insights, analyzing business performance, and identifying opportunities to optimize pricing, sales processes, and market expansion strategies.

Whether you’re evaluating new market opportunities, building financial models, or collaborating cross-functionally to streamline execution, your work will directly influence how Job&Talent scales and competes in a fast-paced tech environment

What you’ll be doing

Partner with Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to design and refine go-to-market initiatives that accelerate growth.
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to guide pricing, sales effectiveness, and market expansion strategies.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, highlighting inefficiencies and unlocking opportunities for scale.
Build analytical models and dashboards (using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools) to track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
Develop clear, strategic recommendations and present them to senior leadership, directly influencing high-impact business initiatives.
Work side by side with company founders on priority projects, gaining first-hand exposure to critical decisions that shape Job&Talent’s future

Who We’re Looking For:

A top-performing analytical thinker with a strong academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
At least 2 years of proven experience working with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Advanced command of Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization), with the ability to turn raw data into clear insights.
Exceptional communication skills, with full professional fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
Prior experience in business consulting (e.g., Deloitte, McKinsey, EY, etc.) or a fast-paced analytical role is highly valued.
A problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable working cross-functionally, and has a strong bias toward impact and execution.
