What believers are saying

  • 2026 launches show product expansion into English-language design degrees for international students.
  • ICMP and SAE strengthen music and audiovisual pipelines, broadening revenue beyond traditional art schools.
  • De Vinci Higher Education adds engineering and business exposure, reducing dependence on creative arts.

What critics are saying

  • Integration risk stays high after Pôle Léonard de Vinci, ICMP, and IMAAT acquisitions.
  • Ardian-backed growth depends on tuition; any student-demand slowdown quickly hits cash generation.
  • Fragmented brands across 72 campuses risk dilution, duplicated costs, and weaker academic quality controls.

What makes AD Education unique

  • 2026: AD Education spans 23 schools across 9 countries, creating cross-border recruiting scale.
  • Its 2022 SAE Europe deal added audiovisual training in 10 countries and 22 campuses.
  • 2026 international design bachelors across Rome, Valence, and Paris deepen network effects.
