  • 5 years of relevant industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years within a pre-sales environment.
  • SEs are expected to work from their designated ICE office location five days per week to collaborate with their peers.
Responsibilities
  • Understand and translate the client's requirements to qualify, develop and help close new opportunities to meet sales objectives (monthly/annual targets for both new signature sales and annual revenue).
  • Provide opportunity qualification, solution design, architectural diagrams, RFP responses, technical presentations, as well as ensuring all proposed solutions can be delivered and supported by ICE’s designated operations teams.
  • Develop close relationships with clients’ technical teams to ensure a clear and consistent line of communication throughout the pre and post sales phases.
  • Educate prospective clients on industry standards and best practices relating to financial and low latency connectivity utilizing ICE Connectivity products and services.
  • Possess a deep technical understanding of the global ICE Data Services Connectivity product portfolio.
  • Ensure all proposed solutions are technically viable, meet the customer’s requirements and provide maximum benefit to our business. Deliver and maintain technical documentation to support customers and support teams.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning about infrastructure technologies and key selling points of the business’s products; expertise in ICE Group products, related technologies, market structure and capital markets trends.
  • Build strong relationships internally with sales, relationship managers, product, and support groups with a ‘team-first’ mentality. Prepare implementation plans and transition product/service/solution to appropriate delivery teams.
  • Provide post-sale assistance to ensure the successful realization of all benefits conveyed during the pre-sales process.
  • Provide internal product management teams with customer feedback and recommendations for product enhancements; consult on sales campaigns and enhancements around Go-To-Market.
  • SEs are expected to work from their designated ICE office location five days per week to collaborate with their peers and support their ongoing training and development.
  • SEs spend most of their time working closely with their global SE peers, regional sales directors, account managers and product/commercial teams.
  • SEs are expected to be able to multitask and handle multiple items of work at any one time; also balance fluctuating demands on their time that are driven by the requirements of their customers, the business, and the expectation to meet sales objectives.
  • Successful SEs continuously problem-solve and can work both creatively and autonomously to efficiently meet their objectives in the required time frames.
  • Overnight business travel may be required; expectation should be, on average, once every three months, based on the needs of the business.

NYSE owner ICE invests $200M in crypto exchange OKX at $25B valuation

OKX, a cryptocurrency exchange operator, has received a $200 million investment from Intercontinental Exchange, valuing the company at $25 billion. ICE, which owns the New York Stock Exchange, will gain a board seat as part of the deal. Haider Rafique, OKX's global managing partner, discussed the investment on Bloomberg Crypto. The companies announced the partnership on Thursday but did not disclose financial terms publicly. The deal marks a significant endorsement of OKX by a major traditional financial institution, as ICE brings its regulatory expertise and market credibility to the cryptocurrency exchange.

ICE launches AI voice and chat agents for mortgage servicing at X26 conference

Intercontinental Exchange has unveiled AI voice and chat agents for mortgage servicing at its ICE Experience 2026 conference. Currently in beta testing, the agents help homeowners answer loan questions and execute management actions whilst maintaining compliance requirements. The ICE Customer Service voice agent, integrated with MSP servicing system, handles common homeowner queries about escrow, insurance and payments whilst managing thousands of simultaneous interactions. The ICE Servicing Digital chat agent assists homeowners through a portal chatbot, explaining mortgage details and performing tasks like payment management. ICE also launched 16 exception-based automation agents within ICE Business Intelligence, including disaster-tracking updates and HELOC credit score-based line adjustments. The solutions are powered by ICE Aurora, the company's enterprise AI framework designed to embed responsible AI into complex workflows.

ICE launches Private Credit Intelligence with Apollo to bring transparency to $40T market

Intercontinental Exchange has launched ICE Private Credit Intelligence, a data infrastructure platform aimed at bringing greater transparency to the $40 trillion private credit market. Apollo is supporting the launch as anchor partner, with additional originators and asset managers expected to join in coming months. The platform provides secure, permissioned data sharing using standardised reference data, enabling deal-level information flow between authorised counterparties. It leverages ICE's technology to ingest deal documents, extract key terms and distribute consistent information at scale. Future capabilities will include performance analytics and pricing insights. Northern Trust has partnered with Intercontinental Exchange to use ICE ETF Hub as the order-taking platform for its new US exchange-traded funds servicing capability for institutional investors. The integration marks a significant step in Northern Trust's strategic entry into the US institutional investor ETF servicing market. ICE ETF Hub provides secure, scalable technology infrastructure that streamlines ETF primary market workflows and connects with authorised participants, market makers and distributors.
