Requirements
  • To be eligible you must be an undergraduate student in a placement year course returning to study Autumn 2026, you also will need to have the right to work in UK already in place.
  • Communication: you are known for building strong relationships in and outside of your core studies.
  • Drive: you demonstrate a level of resilience to overcome objections and have a “can do” attitude to delivering personal goals.
  • Attention to detail: everybody makes mistakes, even the most detail oriented employee. You will be detail oriented by nature, able to fail fast and prioritise effectively ensuring quality on sometimes tight deadlines.
  • If you are studying something Business, Management or Technology related it would be a plus, however from experience you don’t need a specific degree background to be successful as a placement student at Box.
Responsibilities
  • You build collaborative relationships with a range of customers spanning industries through implementation leadership and technical project management.
  • You will support a limited portfolio of deployments from pre-sales to project close-out.
  • You work closely with our customer implementation teams and others to identify content use-cases and overcome the challenges of moving to a cloud environment.
  • You help support & build trusting relationships and support customers with how to improve their digital transformation strategy.
  • On any day, you could be helping advise an enterprise on how to design an application for a custom document vault or helping a customer migrate millions of files into Box.
  • Getting to grips with the more technical dimensions of the Box product portfolio and teaming to bring to life innovative technical solutions to assist customers address real business challenges.
  • Project management support working as part of a team with diverse skills, methods, and communication styles.
  • Your customer follow up is impeccable, and you don't let anything slip through the cracks.
  • Preparing, supporting and potentially delivering customer facing presentations.
  • You'll help support and potentially lead virtual and in person classroom customer training sessions.
  • You'll build education curriculum in consultation with our clients to drive change and business results.
  • Drafting internal customer comms to position and drive the value proposition of Box for specific organisations.
