  • Six or more years of experience in sales, account leadership, or business development, including at least one year of people management experience

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage performance of a pod
  • Set team strategy, sales goals, KPIs, and market plans in alignment with overall revenue goals
  • Direct and support complex sales and renewal negotiations with key regional partners
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support messaging, go-to-market plans, and solution development for the Growth segment
  • Create consistency across territories by standardizing processes, sharing best practices, and facilitating collaboration across regions
  • Analyze team performance data and market insights to refine strategy, prioritize opportunities, and address risks
  • Serve as a thought leader and voice of the field in leadership forums and strategic planning
  • Ensure ongoing coaching, development, and engagement across all growth team members
  • Roles and responsibilities may evolve over time as the organization grows and adapts

  • Familiarity with quality reporting, hospital regulatory requirements, or clinical data abstraction
