  • 6+ years of training experience focused on sales and sales leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering training programs that propel sales teams towards solution selling and boost overall productivity.
  • You're a whiz at instructional design, leveraging assessments and evaluations to ensure training programs are effective for adult learners.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to onboard and seamlessly train new team members
  • Develop and deliver training programs using adult learning principles
  • Oversee, update, and maintain training materials
  • Design innovative marketing materials to promote development opportunities
  • Prepare a monthly/quarter dashboard of results for use by management in evaluating performance or developing training
  • Manages the logistics of Learning and Development (L&D) learning deliverables
