Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical/science/business operations or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration, shared services, operations support, or similar process‑driven roles, including handling user inquiries and system issues in helpdesk, customer service, or project coordination environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to standardize processes and execute SOPs effectively.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in metrics tracking and reporting.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize based on urgency.
  • Process‑minded and results‑oriented.
  • Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Experience in creating training materials is advantageous

Responsibilities
  • Actively manage and effectively resolve global user issues for End-to-End CLM Solutions promptly across all channels.
  • Support new user onboarding and access management for DocuSign CLM, Evisort and other contracting systems and tools.
  • Maintain and update Superuser & CLM Power user lists and related access records as required.
  • Ensure guidelines, job aids, and training materials are updated accurately in digital formats and SharePoint.
  • Develop comprehensive FAQs based on recurring user issue patterns.
  • Conduct ongoing and monthly updates of Signature tools and databases.
  • Perform metadata updates and ensure accuracy in the contract repository system.
  • Compile monthly metrics reports for the Legal Affairs Contracts Center of Excellence Operations Leadership team, Business Group stakeholders, and Legal Affairs stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update approval access as required
  • Validate Business Group submissions by checking alignment with Global frameworks to ensure accurate information flows into the CLM system.
  • Support regular reporting to improve data use across contracting tools and processes
  • Prepare requisite data for Quarterly Data Review processes.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to optimize Legal Affairs Contracts Center of Excellence GLSC performance and productivity.
  • Any other related responsibilities assigned.

3M appoints RTX CFO Neil Mitchill to board of directors

3M has elected Neil Mitchill to its Board of Directors, effective 6 February 2026. Mitchill will serve on the Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee. Mitchill is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at RTX Corporation, a position he has held since 2021. He previously held financial leadership roles at United Technologies Corporation before its 2020 merger with Raytheon Company, including stints as Acting Senior Vice President and CFO, and CFO of Pratt & Whitney. He spent 17 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in client service and lead partner roles. 3M Chairman and CEO William Brown said Mitchill's financial expertise and strategic experience would benefit the board, shareholders and customers.

Tariffs squeeze margins at 3M, P&G and McCormick despite Q4 earnings up 14%

Following the April 2025 tariff announcement, analysts initially revised earnings estimates sharply downward. However, as tariff implementation was delayed and final rates proved lower than expected, estimates were subsequently revised upward during the first half of 2025. Major companies including 3M, Procter & Gamble and McCormick recently cited tariffs as headwinds. Procter & Gamble reported its fifth consecutive quarter of declining margins, with tariff impacts offsetting US price increases. McCormick also experienced margin pressure from tariffs. In the Q4 earnings season, 143 S&P 500 companies have reported results, showing total earnings up 14% year-over-year on 8.3% higher revenues. Some 76.9% beat earnings per share estimates whilst 55.2% exceeded revenue expectations.
