- A BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps release management tools, service container-based platforms, and configuration management tools.
- Experience administering Linux and Windows, using scripting tools, and configuring and administering enterprise web applications.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment SaaS environments and working with key internal stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, customers, and partners from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to complete high-priority work in an organized manner.
- Design a continuous integration and continuous deployment platform and assist with designing and implementing automated application deployment solutions.
- Develop and execute best practices, provide solution architectures and adoption strategies, and design monitoring, management, and deployment tools that provide visibility and support high availability.
- Partner with departments to develop practical automation solutions and participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure successful execution.
- Diagnose complex systems issues and maintain internal documentation reflecting activity related to applications and environments.
- Support performance and test automation integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including complex issues arising from product upgrades, installations, and configurations.
- Participate in professional associations, outreach activities, or educational opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and technical skills.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing CI/CD platforms and deployment automation solutions at scale.
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex systems issues while maintaining accurate internal documentation.
- Experience supporting performance and test automation integration into CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting complex operational issues.
- Active engagement with professional associations, industry communities, or ongoing education to stay current on DevOps best practices and emerging technologies.
