  • 3+ years of experience working for a consulting firm, agency, or as a Marketing Strategy or Operations leader in industry
  • Executive presence, collaborative working style, and strong communication skills for interacting with client managers, directors, VPs, CMOs and CXOs
  • Industry marketing and management consulting abilities in marketing front office (e.g., marketing effectiveness, channel design & customer engagement, marketing analytics, marketing operations, and marketing technology)
  • Knowledge of marketing operations and technologies within the overall marketing process
  • Prior experience in helping define improvements in marketing strategy, marketing operations, and marketing technology
  • Prior experience with customer engagement strategy across web, mobile, social, traditional, and physical channels
  • Prior experience with analytics and value modeling leading to customer segmentation, value realization, and ROI measurement
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative data capture and analysis methodologies
  • Experience with eCommerce and marketing asset management capabilities
  • Prior experience with marketing content and digital asset management solutions
  • Ability to travel to client-site 30-50%
  • Lead workstreams related to marketing strategy, process optimization, operating model, marketing analytics, and technology enablement to achieve client's desired business outcomes
  • Develop data driven, customer-centric strategies, use cases, business cases, roadmaps, and recommendations that deliver business value and support client marketing transformations
  • Mentor and coach project delivery teams for successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and the translation of those needs into strategic recommendations, actionable initiatives and roadmaps, and operational and technology requirements
  • Participate in business development with prospective clients including pre-sales, proposals, negotiating and project planning
