  • Strong engineering instincts and a deep understanding of computer science fundamentals
  • Experience writing software in C/C++ and Python, with a proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable, high-quality code
  • Ability to distil complex problems into simple and pragmatic solutions
  • Able to operate autonomously as well as collaborate with Traders, Researchers, other technical teams and business operations counterparts to deliver on complex business initiatives

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the trading team to understand their needs, and build out new functionality and strategies in our autotrading systems
  • Develop performance critical code that must handle huge amounts of data in an environment where nanoseconds matter
  • Build mission critical software to the highest level of quality with risk management at the forefront of thinking
  • Tackle architectural limitations in our trading system, allowing us to scale to an ever increasing number of instruments in markets that are busier than ever.
