Requirements
- Minimum 2 yr experience in lifecycle operations with at least one lifecycle platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Lob, Twilio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Cordial, etc. (Iterable a plus, but not necessary)
- Strong knowledge in HTML/CSS with experience in coding mobile-first email templates
- Strong understanding of email clients and strengths/limitations of each
- Has experience with scripting languages
- Has experience working with databases (Big Query a plus)
- Action-oriented and deadline-driven
- High level of project management to prioritize deadlines and requests
- Strong communication skills to set expectations and provide progress with stakeholders
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with multi-teams
Responsibilities
- Deploy marketing automated journeys and blast campaigns across channels of email, sms, push, and direct mail
- Code logic in email template to personalize content for 1:1 experience using scripting language such as Liquid, Handlebars, AMPScript, etc
- Lead and own improvements on operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Uncover hidden opportunities for the improvement of processes and data. Proactively find blockers and challenges to our growth, then take the initiative to solve them
- Collaborate with engineering team to setup data pipelines (API, webhooks, scheduled file ingestions, etc) between marketing systems for real time data updates, event triggers, and customer profile updates
- Develop and document best practices approach for gathering and analyzing data to identify performance indicators, prioritization, and optimization strategies
- Become subject matter expert on marketing tech stack, including ESP, CDP, recommendation engines, and personalization platforms
