Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years learning and development and/or revenue enablement experience
  • Minimum of 2 years selling or servicing complex products/services
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; Outstanding facilitation experience
  • Proficient in adult learning theory
  • Experience at a high-growth Saas company preferred
Responsibilities
  • Deploy a blend of traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc)
  • Measure new hire progress via KPIs and performance
  • Ensure learners are progressing and ramping to plan and work with the field enablement team to contribute to the improvement of identified areas of opportunity
  • Partner with the Center of Excellence and GTM teams in building upon the foundation of the Justworks’ new hire programming
  • Assist in building a culture of learning throughout the organization
  • Periodically facilitate everboarding programs for the GTM teams
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
