Requirements
  • Working knowledge in SAP HR Security, Workday, LCD, iTools
  • User administration: create, modify and delete User Ids, password resets, generating audit logs, creation of secondary user IDs, system users
  • Role administration: should be able to create, modify roles and aware of process to move changes to production environment
  • User group assignments in Workday
  • Audit Support/Research along with validation team
  • LCD: create interface files, move files, load files in different tables
  • LCD: create new organization in LCD and update time types, wage types, allocation rules
  • LCD: modify/delete/create User Ids in LCD
  • Audit Support/Research relevant to LCD
  • eTES/LCD/iTools deployment for quarterly releases
  • Monitor and maintain eTES, LCD, Cognos, Citrix servers
  • iTools: create new ORGs in eTES, create calendar, departments, time types, create user Ids, change/update parameters
  • Prior experience on RSSSA, USD ticketing tools would be an advantage
  • Must have great communication skills to communicate well in team meetings
Responsibilities
  • Manage SAP HR Security and Workday security administration including user and role administration and production movement procedures
  • Perform user group management in Workday and assist with audit support/research with validation team
  • Execute LCD related tasks including creation of interface files, file moves, loading data into tables, organization setup, time types, wage types, allocation rules, and user ID management; perform LCD audit support
  • Oversee deployment activities for eTES, LCD, and iTools in quarterly releases
  • Monitor and maintain eTES, LCD, Cognos, and Citrix servers
  • In iTools, create new organizational structures in eTES, configure calendars, departments, time types, create user IDs and update parameters
  • Liaise with RSSSA and USD ticketing tools where applicable
