- Partner with the District Manager to drive local volume and sales through strategic community outreach and marketing efforts.
- Partner with the District Manager on budget planning and forecasting.
- Manage incoming inquiries in a timely and accurate manner and follow up on action items as needed.
- Review Paylocity reporting, approve payroll information for all employees on time, and submit commissions through proper channels.
- Complete all necessary checklists to standard and by the associated deadlines.
- Ensure teammates use prescribed sales scripts and guide-on procedures.
- Ensure the site operates safely and complies with all regulatory, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Create genuine connections with customers and foster relationships through superior customer service to build membership sales.
- Create the weekly schedule and manage site labor to company standards.
- Walk the site throughout the shift to ensure safe, efficient operations and service standards, and converse regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer issues and complaints and work with the District Manager to resolve them promptly and support customer retention.
- Partner with Facilities to ensure equipment is properly maintained, safely operated, and serviced promptly to minimize site downtime.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Work outside in varying weather conditions and periodically walk or stand for prolonged periods.
- Lift 25 pounds unassisted.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Management experience in restaurants or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Experience in the car wash or automotive industry is a plus.
