Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise-level customer marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop customer personas, journey maps, and segmentation strategies
  • Manage customer interviews to gain a deeper understanding of the Udemy use case and develop content with customers
  • Provide support for earnings, panels, and events by providing customer speakers, logos, and engagement
  • Manage and build out a robust executive advisory counsel (EAC)
  • Lead the customer awards process
  • Manage logo win report and pipeline dashboard review
  • Responsible for overall customer marketing budget and budget processes
  • Develop a scalable Reference Program for public and Udemy centric activities
  • Partner with the Sr. Director of Customer Marketing to develop dashboards tracking Advisory Boards, Reviews, References, Engagement
