mea Platform appoints Robin Tolla as chief human resources officer.

mea Platform appoints Robin Tolla as chief human resources officer. mea Platform has appointed Robin Tolla (pictured) as chief human resources officer, with the former Axa XL human resources executive joining the insurance-focused artificial intelligence company to lead its global people strategy as it continues to expand across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Tolla brings more than 30 years of human resources leadership experience, including more than 15 years in the insurance and technology sectors. Her expertise spans people strategy, organisational design and merger and acquisition integration. Her appointment follows a period of rapid recruitment at mea, with the company adding employees across engineering, product, client delivery and client solutions. The company said Tolla will help support its continued growth and product development. Before joining mea, Tolla was co-chief people officer at healthcare communications and technology company Real Chemistry. Earlier, she spent seven years at XL Group, later Axa XL, where she held a series of senior HR leadership roles, including vice president of HR supporting the chief operating officer of the combined XL Catlin business. During her tenure, she led HR integration work across major acquisitions and helped design operating models for the Axa XL integration. Martin Henley, chief executive officer of mea, said: "Throughout her career in the insurance and technology industries, Robin has designed operating models and led M&A integrations inside the exact environments we now serve. Time and time again, she has showcased her ability to build organisations that absorb fast growth and turn it into business performance. That insurance pedigree, combined with her operational discipline, is precisely what mea needs at this stage." Tolla said: "The best insurance operators have always known that people are what make the difference, and that has not changed with AI; it has only raised the stakes. mea has built technology that owns the repeatable work and elevates talented people to the decisions that matter. Shaping the culture and organisation behind the company reimagining insurance operations is something I am honoured to be a part of." Editor's picks. Real Chemistry launches Real Chemistry ANATOMI, an AI Ecosystem purpose-built for Healthcare Commercialization.

Real Chemistry launches Real Chemistry ANATOMI, an AI Ecosystem purpose-built for Healthcare Commercialization. The unique combination of technology marks 25 years of industry innovation and expertise, and signals company's next phase of business growth and client value NEW YORK - Real Chemistry, a global leade AI News Generator July 15, 2026 Title: Real Chemistry Unveils ANATOMI: A New AI Ecosystem Revolutionizing Healthcare Commercialization Excerpt: Real Chemistry launches ANATOMI, an AI ecosystem built for healthcare commercialization, combining 25 years of industry expertise with cutting-edge technology. Discover how this AI Prompt-driven platform is set to transform client value and business growth. In a landmark move that bridges decades of industry wisdom with next-generation technology, Real Chemistry has officially launched Real Chemistry ANATOMI - an AI ecosystem purpose-built for healthcare commercialization. The announcement, made from New York, marks 25 years of the company's leadership in AI-driven insights, marketing, and communications, signaling a new phase of business growth and enhanced client value. ANATOMI is not just another AI tool; it's a comprehensive ecosystem designed to address the unique complexities of healthcare commercialization. By integrating advanced machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, the platform aims to streamline how pharmaceutical and biotech companies bring therapies to market. The name itself - ANATOMI - reflects a deep, structural understanding of the healthcare landscape, from patient journeys to provider engagement. The timing is critical. Healthcare commercialization has long been hampered by fragmented data, siloed teams, and regulatory hurdles. Real Chemistry's solution leverages its 25-year track record to create a unified, intelligent system. For instance, when a marketing team needs to craft a campaign around a new oncology drug, they can use an AI Prompt to generate culturally sensitive messaging, analyze competitor strategies, and predict patient adherence - all within a single interface. This integration of an AI Prompt into the workflow ensures that even non-technical users can extract actionable insights without needing a data science background. "We've spent two and a half decades understanding the nuances of healthcare communications," said a Real Chemistry spokesperson. "ANATOMI is the culmination of that expertise, combined with the scalability of AI. It's designed to help our clients navigate the 'valley of death' in drug commercialization - from approval to market access." Key features of ANATOMI include: * Real-time Data Fusion: Aggregates clinical trial data, real-world evidence, and social listening to provide a 360-degree view of a therapy's potential. * Predictive Modeling: Uses historical patterns to forecast market adoption, pricing pressures, and physician prescribing behavior. * Compliance Guardrails: Automatically flags content that may violate FDA or EMA regulations, reducing legal risks. * Personalization at Scale: Generates tailored messages for HCPs, payers, and patients using dynamic content algorithms. What sets ANATOMI apart is its focus on "purpose-built" AI. Unlike generic AI solutions, it's trained on proprietary healthcare datasets spanning 25 years, including de-identified patient narratives, clinical guidelines, and campaign performance metrics. This specialization means the platform understands the emotional and regulatory weight of healthcare messaging - a nuance often missed by off-the-shelf models. The launch also reflects a broader trend: the convergence of marketing technology and life sciences. As healthcare companies face pressure to prove ROI and improve patient outcomes, AI ecosystems like ANATOMI offer a competitive edge. For example, a brand manager could use an AI Prompt to simulate how a new diabetes drug might be perceived by endocrinologists versus primary care physicians, adjusting the strategy in minutes rather than weeks. Real Chemistry's move positions it as a frontrunner in the healthcare AI space, competing with giants like IQVIA and Accenture but with a sharper focus on creative and communications. The company's existing client roster - including top-20 pharma firms - suggests immediate traction. For businesses looking to stay ahead, ANATOMI underscores a key lesson: AI is only as powerful as the domain expertise behind it. By embedding an AI Prompt system that learns from 25 years of healthcare intelligence, Real Chemistry is not just automating tasks - it's redefining how the industry thinks about commercialization. As the healthcare landscape evolves, ANATOMI may well become the standard for how therapies are brought to life, from lab bench to bedside.
