  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within Human Capital Management Systems, Global Expansion, International HR
  • 5+ years of experience in prospect or customer-facing pre-sales or account management roles, preferably within strategic HR, international expansion and/or Enterprise software
  • Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed quota
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Responsibilities

  • Stay current with HR, HRIS, HCM, Staffing industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
