Requirements
  • Complete a six-month scholarship at either part-time or full-time hours.
  • Be completing or have completed a degree or official/qualifying master's in occupational risk prevention.
  • Be available to join between September and March.
Responsibilities
  • Support management, provide technical assistance, and process administrative tasks to ensure document traceability, indicator tracking, closure of preventive actions, and continuous improvement of internal processes.
  • Support the collection of initial information, record updates, deadline and evidence control, and follow-up of corrective measures arising from accident and incident investigations.
  • Support management documentation for the occupational risk prevention management system, standardize templates, and identify documentation gaps for closure.
  • Complete administrative procedures linked to the area, including registrations, coordination of medical examinations, and document follow-up.
  • Draft and update technical instructions, procedures, and lessons learned, including formal review, document formatting, incorporation of changes, and preparation of versions for internal validation.
  • Structure content covering objectives, scope, responsibilities, and associated records, and collect evidence supporting defined criteria across contracts.
  • Participate in process digitalization and improvement initiatives, including identifying repetitive tasks, proposing improvements, defining workflows and checklists, updating repositories and tracking dashboards, preparing work materials, and testing internal solutions under supervision.
  • Track preventive actions and support the technical activity of the occupational risk prevention area by monitoring action plans, preparing reminders and progress summaries, and organizing follow-up meetings when required.
  • Review contract preventive documentation preliminarily, support internal campaigns, prepare presentations or brief notes, and consolidate activity indicators for review by the occupational risk prevention team.
