Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • At least 10 years of experience in international Project Management and Procurement roles.
  • Proven achievements in Supplier Risk Management and Strategic Sourcing.
  • Strong process improvement and change management skills.
  • Experience in working within large matrix organizations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and reporting.
  • Knowledge of PowerBi, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with risk management programs and tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to influence and coach teams.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain the Third Party Risk Management program.
  • Partner with the Digitalization Procurement team to implement risk management platforms.
  • Develop and execute supplier risk mitigation plans (financial, cyber, reputational, multi-tier mapping).
  • Drive risk management strategies and process governance for third-party suppliers.
  • Support Category Managers in risk mitigation and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documentation.
  • Deliver monthly Supplier Risk Management Ops Reviews and periodic analytics reports.
  • Build supplier risk awareness across procurement and senior leadership teams.
  • Train and support the Global Procurement Team on risk management standards and governance frameworks.
  • Communicate with senior leaders to raise awareness of the risk landscape.
