We are seeking an experienced Global Supplier Risk Management Leader to join our dynamic procurement team. This newly created, high-visibility role will be pivotal in shaping the future of supplier risk management within our organization. As a key component of the 2026 world-class procurement plan, this position isoffers substantial growth and lateral development opportunities.
You will lead strategic initiatives in supplier risk management, collaborate with global teams, and support the digital transformation within procurement, particularly around sustainability and ESG. This role will require you to drive change, mitigate risks, and ensure the organization’s supply base is resilient and high-performing.
Lead and maintain the Third Party Risk Management program.
Partner with the Digitalization Procurement team to implement risk management platforms.
Develop and execute supplier risk mitigation plans (financial, cyber, reputational, multi-tier mapping).
Drive risk management strategies and process governance for third-party suppliers.
Support Category Managers in risk mitigation and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documentation.
Deliver monthly Supplier Risk Management Ops Reviews and periodic analytics reports.
Build supplier risk awareness across procurement and senior leadership teams.
Train and support the Global Procurement Team on risk management standards and governance frameworks.
Communicate with senior leaders to raise awareness of the risk landscape.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
At least 10 years of experience in international Project Management and Procurement roles.
Proven achievements in Supplier Risk Management and Strategic Sourcing.
Strong process improvement and change management skills.
Experience in working within large matrix organizations.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and reporting.
Knowledge of PowerBi, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
Hands-on experience with risk management programs and tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to influence and coach teams.
Experience in direct procurement and managing risk in a complex supply chain.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Familiarity with sustainability, ESG, and digitalization in procurement.
