Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology; or relevant work experience.
  • 6+ years of ServiceNow solution development, with 3+ years specifically focused on HR Service Delivery and related modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they can be optimized using ServiceNow.
  • Strong experience in JavaScript (ES12 refactoring a plus).
  • Experience configuring ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (e.g., Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Profile, HR Integrations).
  • Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow HR with other HR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions.
  • Fluent English (both written and oral).
Responsibilities
  • Architect and lead the development of ServiceNow solutions, especially for HR Service Delivery and related modules.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams to translate requirements into solution designs, prioritizing a seamless user experience.
  • Make Key Technical Decisions (front-end, back-end, APIs) in coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Estimate Work based on user stories and wireframes, ensuring alignment with sprint/release deadlines.
  • Demo Features to stakeholders via show-back sessions or product demos.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members by reviewing pull requests and providing technical guidance.
  • Configure and Enhance product features through scripting (Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer), extending the ServiceNow data model as necessary.
  • Develop and Maintain Automated Tests using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework and unit tests.
  • Manage Deployments with Application Repository, Update Sets, Source Control, and Pipeline tools.
  • Collaborate with HR Teams to implement and optimize solutions in modules such as Lifecycle Events, HR Profile, and HR Integrations.
  • Train and Support HR users to ensure efficient adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Stay Current with evolving ServiceNow HR Service Delivery functionality and best practices.
  • Leverage Takeda Agile SDLC for code management, integration, and deployment, adhering to both ServiceNow and Takeda standards.
