Keep the Mama Gang safe, secure, and ready for anything at Mama Shelter Dubai! As a Security Supervisor, you’ll lead the security team, protect our guests and colleagues, and make sure Mama stays a safe place to work, play, and have a good time. 🛡️👀✨

THE MISSION?

🎯 Lead the Security Squad: Supervise, guide, and motivate the security team, making sure everyone knows their role and is ready to keep Mama safe. 👮‍♂️🤝

🎯 Be Mama’s Eyes & Ears: Keep a watchful eye across the hotel, conduct regular patrols, and spot potential risks before they become problems. 👀🔍

🎯 CCTV Commander: Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and other security systems to keep everything under control and respond quickly to anything suspicious. 📹🚨

🎯 Ready for Anything: Respond calmly and confidently to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and unexpected situations, because panic is never part of the uniform. 🚨😎

🎯 Keep the Gang in the Know: Lead shift briefings and debriefings, making sure the team is aligned, informed, and ready for the day ahead. 🗣️💪

🎯 Protect Mama’s House: Conduct regular inspections and enforce access control to keep guests, colleagues, property, and restricted areas safe and secure. 🏨🔐

🎯 Incident Investigator: Support and lead investigations into theft, damage, unauthorized access, and other security incidents, ensuring everything is properly documented and reported. 🔎📝

🎯 Emergency Expert: Support emergency drills, fire evacuations, crisis management, and response procedures so the team knows exactly what to do when it matters most. 🔥🚒

🎯 Team Up Across Mama: Work closely with all departments to support smooth daily operations, events, and busy moments while keeping safety front and centre. 🤝🎉

🎯 Connect with the Authorities: Liaise professionally with SIRA, local law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant authorities whenever required. 👮‍♂️📞

🎯 Keep the Tools Ready: Make sure radios, CCTV, alarms, access control, flashlights, and other security equipment are working, maintained, and ready for action. 🔦📻

🎯 Own the Reports: Maintain accurate security logs and prepare clear reports for management, highlighting incidents, risks, trends, and opportunities to improve. 📊📝
