  • Have 3+ years of experience hiring GTM or sales professionals in a talent dense organization
  • Have operated in a FLC role where responsibilities have ranged from building top of funnel, screening and closing candidates
  • Understand how to partner with GTM Leaders and Founders alike, influencing both searches and interview processes to arrive at the best hiring outcomes for the company
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for scaling the GTM function (AEs, SDRs, Marketing, etc.)
  • Partner closely with GTM Leadership
  • Own the candidate funnel from end-to-end in building a world class GTM organization
Desired Qualifications
  • Have deep knowledge on the GTM market and an expansive network within it
  • Understand how to use data to proactively unblock hiring efforts
  • Have experience building teams in an AI or SaaS company
