  • 3+ years of experience hiring GTM or sales professionals in a talent dense organization
  • Experience in a FLC role where responsibilities have ranged from building top of funnel, screening and closing candidates
  • Ability to partner with GTM Leaders and Founders, influencing searches and interview processes for optimal hiring outcomes
  • Deep knowledge of the GTM market and an expansive network within it
  • Understanding of how to use data to proactively unblock hiring efforts
  • Experience building teams in an AI or SaaS company
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for scaling the GTM function (AEs, SDRs, Marketing, etc.)
  • Partner closely with GTM Leadership
  • Own the candidate funnel from end-to-end in building a world class GTM organization
