  • 5+ years of relevant UI/UX and Product Design experience in a B2B SaaS or adjacent environment.

Responsibilities
  • Drive value by discovering and addressing our customer’s most acute product challenges. Work alongside your team through product discovery, leveraging your expertise to anticipate user needs, and develop concepts and prototypes to drive experimental learning.
  • Champion design thinking within your team by articulating your hypotheses, assumptions, and rationale for your proposed solutions. Ensure that designs are backed by sound methodology, research, and data.
  • Deliver high-quality products into the hands of our users by thinking through scenarios, iterating frequently to remove flaws in your solutions, and validating that the finished product meets the high standards our design team holds.

Ellevation Education offers a digital platform that supports English Learners (ELs) in K-12 school districts by providing tools for data management, instructional planning, and compliance. The platform consolidates various data sources, allowing educators to track student performance and tailor instruction without the hassle of multiple spreadsheets. With over 80 classroom activities designed by language acquisition experts, Ellevation helps teachers engage EL students effectively.
