Requirements
  • 10+ years in mid-market or enterprise sales strategy, go-to-market operations, management consulting, or artificial intelligence/digital transformation at a leading software-as-a-service or artificial intelligence-native firm.
  • A demonstrated track record of delivering artificial intelligence or digital transformation programs with measurable behavior change in large, distributed sales organizations.
  • Working knowledge of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and agentic frameworks, with the ability to evaluate and pressure-test technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to partner with technical collaborators across information technology, data engineering, and full-stack development to translate business strategy into working solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Audit existing artificial intelligence initiatives throughout the organization, including sales development representative outbound agents, call analytics tools, and representative-led experiments, and build a centralized inventory of what is in flight.
  • Evaluate initiatives for performance, scalability, and strategic fit, and identify gaps between technology-forward representatives and the broader organization.
  • Define governance protocols covering data usage, model risk, vendor selection, and responsible artificial intelligence, and partner with Legal, Security, and Information Technology on compliance.
  • Contribute to strategic artificial intelligence portfolio decisions, including intake, prioritization, build-versus-buy evaluation, and deprecation for internal and third-party tools.
  • Define the operational blueprint for where the organization codes, configures, and deploys agentic workflows across the sales motion.
  • Act as the strategic layer between field operations and internal engineering groups by translating business needs into scalable, production-ready artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Define and evolve the artificial intelligence tool and architecture landscape, including how solutions surface in seller workflows and how data and agentic layers interact.
  • Partner with go-to-market, sales operations, and internal technical teams to move from strategy to execution without losing fidelity.
  • Partner with the Global Sales Enablement organization to deliver artificial intelligence enablement for the field team, including training, showcasing proven workflows, and building baseline artificial intelligence proficiency.
  • Build and run an Artificial Intelligence Ambassador Program to create grassroots momentum, accelerate adoption, and surface field-led insights back into the core program.
  • Develop role-based artificial intelligence learning journeys in partnership with Global Sales Enablement and drive execution of the proficiency program across teams and deal bands.
  • Define and implement a change-management and communications strategy spanning top-down alignment and bottom-up adoption.
  • Map artificial intelligence deployments directly to core business metrics, including pipeline growth, win rates, net revenue retention, and representative efficiency, while maintaining alignment with Adobe-wide artificial intelligence initiatives and external partner roadmaps.
  • Partner with operations to build measurement infrastructure tracking artificial intelligence adoption velocity, workflow impact, and reduction in administrative burden across the organization.
  • Monitor the external artificial intelligence landscape, including competitive deployments, emerging vendor capabilities, and agentic framework developments, and provide a forward-looking perspective to sales leadership.

BofA backs Oracle with 51% upside over Adobe as AI demand drives contrasting growth paths

Adobe acquires Indian marketing intelligence startup Rilo for team and tech

Adobe has acquired Rilo, an India-based marketing intelligence startup, in a deal involving licensing and team acquisition. The companies did not disclose financial terms. Founded in 2025 by IIT graduates Georgi Boby and Dhruv Jaglan, Rilo raised $1 million from investors including PeakXV, DeVC, and Day Zero Ventures at a $10 million valuation. Adobe will integrate some of Rilo's intellectual property along with its six-member team. Rilo focused on automating marketing workflows, allowing go-to-market teams to create custom workflows for competitor intelligence, content repurposing, and sales call analysis. The startup will shut down post-acquisition. This marks Adobe's second Indian acquisition after purchasing video platform Rephrase.ai in 2023. Last year, Adobe also acquired SEO company Semrush for $1.9 billion.
