- At least 12 years of relevant experience or equivalent professional expertise.
- Experience working with CDW, VISTA, or Oracle Health data.
- Expertise in CDW metadata, data modeling, and CDW query optimization.
- Ability to identify architectural migration patterns and resolve dependencies.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
- Lead the design and evolution of Summit's enterprise data architecture, defining scalable patterns for data ingestion, integration, storage, transformation, and governance across complex VA environments.
- Provide deep technical leadership across Azure cloud and data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, and ADLS, supporting enterprise-scale data workloads.
- Develop and enforce reference architecture, data models, and architecture decisions.
- Provide technical leadership across Data Engineering, DevSecOps, AI/ML, cloud provisioning, and security teams.
- Experience with virtual or cloud-based servers.
- Technical documentation and reporting skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
