Teaching Qualification Requirements:

Teaching Ed. Level

Master’s degree in a related field (PhD preferred) with at least one university degree in law. Member in good standing with the Bar of Quebec.

Teaching Experience

• Teaching experience in a university or corporate context. • Extensive*, current and significant demonstrable professional industry experience practicing law in the Canadian legal system specifically with respect to the legal environment as related to Canadian public administration and the public sector. • Demonstrable expert knowledge of ethics, ethical theories, research and legal frameworks in Canada and Quebec and how they relate to the public sector. • Demonstrable experience in public policy, policy analysis, public administration or a leadership role in government for a minimum of five consecutive years. • Applied or academic research experience in the field is preferred.
