Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic initiatives that improve operational excellence (e.g. PD Rules & Engagement, cross-departmental projects, EDP faculty evaluation insights)
  • Ensure compliance with institutional, legal, and financial policies across EDP operations
  • Supervise cost approvals, revenue reconciliation, and closing of accounts (including deferrals and accruals)
  • Oversee faculty unit validation (21,000+/year) and CSP commission validation for 38 salespeople
  • Lead the transformation and automation of administrative workflows initiatives (e.g. OTC, E-invoicing)
  • Design and implement scalable digital tools for RfI/RfP workflows and data operations
  • Act as liaison between CSP and Finance to ensure contract alignment and data integrity
  • Provide expert input in complex client discussions involving tax, invoicing, or compliance
  • Support CSP and the Corporate Partnership team on sensitive payment/accounting issues
  • Oversee teaching space planning across campuses in collaboration with Programme Directors, Marketing and Degree Programme department
  • Ensure data accuracy in faculty/programme allocation and sales/finance systems
  • Oversee data analytics and reporting on programme feedback and KPIs to inform improvement
  • Lead the FT rankings process for EDP: data collection, interpretation, and result-sharing
