- Ability to participate in requirement gathering and design sessions for automation feasibility.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automation scripts and frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Develop tests for frontend (UI, mobile) and backend (API, integration, component) systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Create, develop, and maintain automated test scripts utilizing Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Behavior-Driven Development Cucumber, and RestAssured.
- Perform mobile testing using tools like LambdaTest and BrowserStack.
- Proficiency in API testing with RestAssured and Postman.
- Ensure automation solutions are scalable and reusable across different projects.
- Work closely with QA analysts, developers, and business analysts to identify automation needs.
- Participate in requirement gathering and design sessions to provide input on automation feasibility.
- Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, and report defects.
- Perform regression testing and validate application functionality.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar.
- Identify opportunities for improving automation processes and tools.
- Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in automation testing.
- Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and processes.
- Demonstrate effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
