First Resonance offers a manufacturing software platform called ION that helps hardware companies manage production from end to end. It combines modules for purchasing parts, inventory, and supply-chain management with real-time visibility and analytics. Engineers and technicians interact via a user-friendly interface to navigate production steps, add comments, attach files, and share feedback, keeping everyone aligned. Unlike fragmented tools, ION provides a single, unified platform that covers procurement, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and analytics, helping teams spot issues quickly and maintain quality. The company’s goal is to enable faster, more efficient, and higher-quality manufacturing for hardware developers, from startups to large manufacturers, by delivering integrated workflows and data-driven insights.
