  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in content creation, brand management, or a similar role, preferably in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in employee engagement or internal communications is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects with multiple partners.
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Coach, develop and lead the talent brand team, ensuring we have the right skills and resources deployed in the right locations to meet the needs of the enterprise.
  • Own the strategy, content and upkeep of careers.regeneron.com in all global markets.
  • Partner with Corporate Affairs in the development of the LinkedIn channel strategy.
  • Own the strategy, content and delivery of all talent brand content on LinkedIn.
  • Own all external paid and social talent channels.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory bodies in all domestic and international markets.
  • Manage the relationships with external agencies and vendors, whilst ensuring fiscal responsibility for all outsourced activities, creative or otherwise.
  • As an active member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, ensure close alignment of talent brand activities with broader talent organization goals and strategies.
