Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
  • Licensing, government, or compliance experience
  • Experience with large volume operations, including strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Renew licenses for US business: research renewal requirements, draft license applications, manage payments, submit to agency for processing, problem solve issues as they arise, provide licenses to the facilities, and document steps in systems
  • Handle complex license renewals for the US business
  • Complete Responsible Person changes when a facility associate is disclosed on a license application (coordinates personal data collection and signatures)
  • Complete processes according to standard procedures, provide guidance on developing additional procedures, identify opportunities for efficiency and automation, and utilize data to determine risk and priorities
  • Communicate with agencies, internal stakeholders, and business on license status
