$68,640 - $76,990

Position Overview

The Analyst of Business Systems/ERP will be the subject matter expert for Infor (EXE Technologies) Warehouse Management Systems for all EXE facilities, work on a team that supports the functionality configuration, and liaise between Operations and IT Support. This position will enable EXE facilities the ability to improve their operations to be better, faster and more competitive in Logistics by maintaining the functionality of EXE platform and assist in complex configuration, testing, problem solving, documentation, and projects.

Hybrid position

• Collaborate with the team to develop functional business requirements and modifications to distribution systems for all aspects of the business including procurement, IC, Payroll, Human Resources, Warehousing, Transportation and Customer Support.
• Participate in all testing:System integrationUser acceptance and simulation testing, which includes modifications made to the software
• Advise General Managers and/or their designee on the proper set up and utilization of the EXE system.
• Research and document distribution system issues.
• Prioritize outstanding issues from all C&S facilities utilizing Infor (EXE Technologies) warehouse management system to ensure the most pressing issues are addressed first.
• Create training/testing documents and facilitates training sessions for distribution systems, as necessary.
• Participate in activities as associated with the EXE roll out team for the implementation of EXE in new C&S facilities and the conversion of existing C&S facilities from different systems to EXE.
• Review, implement and communicate procedural changes that allow current processes to be more effective and efficient.
• Establish and perform training for the end user on basic system functionality.

• Specialized Knowledge : Microsoft Office, App Ddesin/Interface, Warehouse equipment, Printers, RF Devices, Scanners, Voice Systems, Logistics, Logistics, Receiving, Shipping, Loading, Inventory Control, Transfers, Cross-Dock, Flow Thru, Asset Tracking, OSHA, Labor Standards and Radio Frequency. Knowledge of Food Industry preferred.
• Special Skills : Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, excellent problem solviing and analytical skills, learning agility. Distribution Knowledge including Warehousing, Transportation, Order Management, Order-Delivery Scheduling and Slotting.
