Senior Dynamics Engineer

We are seeking a Sr Dynamics Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in advancing the gospel.

Location: Remote

Rate: $105 - $115k potential salary range + great benefits!

The Sr Dynamics Engineer will be responsible for evaluating, recommending, configuring, administering, maintaining, and supporting cloud-based CRM applications, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate. 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, recommend, configure, administer, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other cloud-based CRM applications

• Independently install, customize, integrate, and maintains commercial software packages to meet evolving business needs

• Architect, design, and develop innovative solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate

• Collaborate with enterprise and application architects to ensure consistency and integration across systems

• Develop and promote best practices for Dynamics 365 development tailored to organizational goals and industry standards

• Provide advanced support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including root cause analysis and bug fixes, across Dynamics 365, in-house applications, Office 365, and other Saas platforms

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and analysts in Dynamics 365 development and support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Engineering, or IT background, preferred.

• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics is a strong plus

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a related role

• Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and analytic thinking

• Proven experience in solution architecture and technical design

• Proficiency in application development and configuration 

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms

• Strong skills in report development and the ability to deliver clear, concise presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
