Responsibilities
  • To develop business in the Pharma segment through cold calls to generate interest in the customer, understand customer needs, have the proposal made, and execute the cleaning solutions to meet the customer needs, to create additional business for Diversey-Solenis.
  • Ability to demonstrate value proposition and close the sale.
  • Ability to conceptualize and develop the complete solution for the customer to generate business.
  • Development and delivery of presentations and proposals.
  • Sound understanding of the commercial environment and efficient management of distributors.
  • Build sustainable and mutually beneficial customer relationships.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Maintaining the basic sales function of the territory. Maintain & maximise the sales with the customer group. Timely collection of payments.
  • Continuous opportunity spotting and move to close these regularly.
  • Carrying out performance  /proof-in trials.
  • Basic customer service by providing technical support to the customer.
  • Problem-solving during performance issues.
  • Maintaining regular service visits /reports.
  • Maintaining a positive customer perception for Diversey.  Owner of the customer account within Diversey in all aspects.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the customer's processes and their Cleaning & Hygiene needs.

Solenis reports 74% of revenue from sustainable solutions as it integrates recent acquisitions

Solenis, a global provider of water and hygiene solutions, has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing progress driven by business growth and integration. The company invested $4.68 million in sustainable capital projects, improved workplace safety by 22% year-over-year, and achieved 96% participation in its culture survey. The report highlights $349 million in documented customer value delivered through its ValueAdvantage programme, up from $257 million previously. Additionally, 74% of revenue came from solutions supporting customer sustainability initiatives, whilst 91% of active innovation programmes focused on sustainability or circularity. Solenis completed integration of recent acquisitions and announced the acquisition of NCH Corporation, which closed in November 2025. The company also opened a new Global Research Center in Delaware to develop solutions for water stewardship and resource efficiency.
